The client and lawyer will agree on the hourly rate before getting started with the case.
STANDARD HOUR RATE
$500
A flat fee is offered if your case is relatively simple or routine such as a will or an uncontested divorce.
PREMIUM HOUR RATE
$750
We will formally update you on progress of costs, both incurred and anticipated, on a monthly basis.
